INTRODUCTION

Why ‘ESCAPE’, Why ‘VIA’ and why ‘MIA’?

My name is Mia Zimmerman; I was born, raised and lived the majority of my life, in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. In my study I specialized in psychology/pedagogy, languages and music. The socialistic system I grew up in brought some positive sides. One of them was the school system, which gave us, the students more than just basics. We were strictly under control of the school system and none of our marks were gained easily.

I didn’t particularly liked the process of learning, but, boy, did I want to know! When it came to knowledge, I’ve been like a sponge…

And when you think you ‘know’, you may feel like spreading what you’ve gained during the studying hours, days, months and years. That’s when the ‘VIA’ came in. Via/through me, I’d like you to take that peek behind the forbidden door and escape to your new reality; if you feel you need, want or must do it.

I don’t possess a doctorate, or a personal trainer certificate. But by working on myself all my adult life and according to quite a few who needed that escape physically or mentally, I could sincerely say, I might be the key to your new ‘You”. Whether you lack positive vibes and you’re aware of it, whether you are not comfortable in your skin, metaphorically or literally speaking, or even your relationship is on the edge - try me. I’ve done work with all these subjects.
